Delivery (shipping)
Standard delivery UK mainland delivery is included in the garment price. We use a Royal Mail service which usually takes 1 to 3 days from despatch to delivery to your door. A signature will be required on delivery. We don’t charge extra if your order is despatched in more than one parcel.
‘Insured guaranteed next day' delivery If you choose to have your UK mainland delivery order sent using the Post Office’s insured, ‘guaranteed next day’ delivery service, we send you an email to advise you in advance of the day of despatch. Your package will be delivered the next business day before 1pm. A signature will be required on delivery. An additional charge of £6.40 will be charged - this covers up to four garments in one shipment. For orders of more than four garments please email for P&P details.

Stock
We keep a small number of garments in stock. If the garment you have ordered is in stock it will be posted within a week of receiving your order and/or clearing your cheque. If the garment is not in stock we will knit it specially for you, and you should allow up to 28 days for it to arrive. If you need your order by a specific date just let us know. We’ll do our best to help, and we’ll let you know what we can do.

Returns
We want you to be delighted with your purchase and confident in buying from us. For this reason, we are happy to exchange or refund items if returned to us in perfect condition using the original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items (statutory rights not affected). Neither the original shipping/postage nor return postage are refundable.
Very important If you return goods to us, please use an insured method of despatch. It’s essential to obtain proof of posting as without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us. Please be sure to include a copy of your purchase invoice/receipt and/or a note of your full name, full postal and email address, and your telephone number in the package.
We cannot refund P&P charges unless the garment is faulty.
