I dye these beautiful, soft, warm scarves
after knitting - mixing dyes so that they 'take' differently on the two
different fibres used in the scarves. I can achieve bold contrasts or subtle toning
colours - and I choose colours that complement the tactile contrast of the fine knitted
cotton mesh and the thick silk.
